Iam a fully Qualified & Certified Physical & Neuromuscular Therapist with ample experience in the following treatments.Physical Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofacial Trigger Point Therapy, Sports Injury Remedial Therapy,Deep Tissue and Sports Massage all of which benefit people with acute or chronic pain who have been unsuccesfull in other treatments.

In addition I also offer holistic treatments which include Full Body Relaxation Massage, Indian Head Massage and Pre & Post Pregnancy Massage.

To compliment the aforementioned treatments I utilise my Qualifications as both Gym Instructor and Personal Trainer to put together Individual Homecare Rehabilitation Programs to aid a full recovery.
