Massage Therapist on the Diamond Vessel of Princess CruiseI firstly started my job with a 5 week training period in the Steiner Academy in London to discover the vision of the company, to learn some strokes, to reach the high quality standard behaviour and to obtain the Elemis Certificate in AromaSPA. I was then working in a 6 stars SPA on Diamond Princess Cruise line ship which is a prestige and luxury environment travelling on a worldwide scale (Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Russia, Japan, Alaska) where I was responsible for my own business with high targets to be reached in treatments and retails. A high level of customer service is provided on a daily basis maintaining the area clean and tidy to show our professional image. Flexibility to the work load is important as it occurs most of the working shifts to 12 to 14 hours to provide 7 to 9 massages in a day. I carried out a consultation with every client to identify and perform a customized massage therapy care suitable for their life style.
