Daphne is an Holistic Therapist and practices from the peaceful location of Ryevale Lawns in Leixlip Co. Kildare.

She has two diplomas in Reflexology, one from the IRI and one from ITEC, and has also done post graduate training in Maternity reflexology. This is a wonderful treatment during pregnancy and can alleviate a lot of the common problems associated with it. It can also lead to a shorter and less painful labour and the baby is usually very content when born and sleeps well.

Daphne also has diplomas in Indian Head and Holistic Massage. Both of these treatments are very good at relieving stress and tension in the body. Benefits include endorphins being released which result in a feel good factor and circulation to the head and muscles is increased which can relieve pain and stiffness. Regular treatments are recommended to keep the body in homeostasis.

Hopi Ear Candling is also available, which is a very relaxing treatment. A lymphatic facial massage and a fifteen minute session of hand reflexology is also included in this treatment. It can help relieve problems like sinusitis, tinnitus, headaches, migraines and general stress in the head.

Reiki is an extremely relaxing and healing energy treatment which brings the body back into balance and can relieve many physical and mental issues. People always comment on how relaxed and better able to cope they are after a session. It is totally non invasive and the client remains fully clothed at all times.
