We have a special massage chair here in the Centre, which allows a pregnant woman to have a full back massage in comfort. This could also be given with a leg, arm and hand, and head massage. This would be hugely beneficial for both mother and baby.
So if you suffer from any aches and pains, find stress is affecting you in work, or at home, or if you are feeling tired and in need of a tonic, why not give us a try!
The Holistic Centre is situated at 98 Main Street, Bray, County Wicklow, Ireland.
A wide variety of treatments and courses are also available at the Centre.
For freelance therapists there are treatment rooms for hire by the hour, weekly or monthly.

- Saturday 10.00am-6.00pm
